Kings Acres Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. was established in 1982 with a focus on creating a safe, harmonious and community-oriented living environment for its members. Over the years, our society has grown into a close-knit community where cooperation, mutual respect, and responsible governance are a way of life.
Our society is registered under the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Government of Maharashtra — Reg. No. BOM/HSG/HW-6761 of 1982.
In line with our commitment to member welfare, our society has initiated the redevelopment project in January 2025. This project aims to modernize our living spaces while ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
